§ 78-92. Permit required; exception.

(a)

Obtaining permit. It shall be unlawful for a person to be a participant in a special event unless a special event permit has been obtained from the city.

(b)

Terms. It shall be unlawful for a participant to fail to comply with the terms and conditions of a permit issued or with any applicable laws or ordinances.

(c)

Exception. A special event permit is not required for a civic event.
