§ 1-15. Enforcement.

The building official and zoning administrator, along with their inspectors and assistants, shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of the City of Stafford, Texas Code of Ordinances and the right to inspect and enter upon all premises and buildings or structures within the city to make such inspections as are necessary for the protection of the property and surrounding property and the public as a whole as allowed by the laws and Constitution of the State of Texas and the U.S. Constitution.
