§ 78-95. Appeal procedure.

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a special event permit, or the conditions, rules, and regulations imposed thereon, to the city council. The city council shall hear same as soon as is practicable. The city council may overrule, affirm, or modify the decision of the chief of police. The decision of city council shall be final.
